Bo played safety for Stanford Football from 2005 to 2009, serving as team captain for his final two seasons. After a year coaching as a graduate assistant at Syracuse University, he began his career in commercial real estate.

 

In 2011, Bo joined T3 Advisors, a commercial real estate firm serving high-growth companies, and helped lead its growth over the next decade before its acquisition by Savills in 2021. He now serves as COO and co-owner of Bickmore Construction, and is a Partner at Sugarhouse Partners, a real estate development firm based in Salt Lake City.

 

Bo lives in Salt Lake City with his wife, Kira, and their four boys—Hyo, Jack, Tommy, and Cubby. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth football and baseball.
